When They Silence Your Art, They Silence Your Voice

Remember when they said AI would democratize creativity? That anyone with imagination could bring their vision to life? Yeah, about that...

I watched it happen yesterday. A major studio pumped out an AI-generated action sequence that would make Michael Bay proud. But when an indie filmmaker - let's call her Sarah - tried to generate the exact same scene? "Content violation. Request denied."

This isn't some random glitch in the matrix. It's a pattern, a system designed to keep the creative power in the hands of those who already have it. And here's the kicker - it's not just unfair, it's literally against everything the First Amendment stands for.

See, the Supreme Court didn't stutter when they said you can't discriminate based on who's speaking. You can moderate what's being said, sure. But you can't change the rules based on who's wearing the fancy studio badge.

Think about that. Every time you hit that "content violation" wall while the big studios sail through with the exact same content, you're not just hitting a corporate policy - you're hitting a constitutional violation.

The digital revolution promised us all a voice. Instead, they built us a VIP room and told most of us we're not on the list.

But here's the thing - we're not asking for permission anymore. We're demanding our rights.
